Even though his marketing costs were slightly higher than others he was very well organized, provided me with a weekly report after contacting all the groups who attended the opens, and after receiving an offer prior to auction and assessing the likelihood of registered bidders attending the auction and paying the price that had been offered, he advised me to take the offer.
Since exchange of contracts he has kept in touch as I have been looking for a rental property and he has been a referee for me. He has also been keeping an eye out for a possible future home for me even if the property is not listed with Cory McPherson.
