I purchased the house as a house and land package in 1989. My father and I came out and had a look at several blocks in the area but when we came along Phillipson Crescent my dad said it’s view is going to be worth the money landscaping it!
It is a superb view I have to say….This is something I will miss the most.
I have lived in it for 30 years, and It has been a lovely home to live in. it’s extremely comfortable, and not being huge, it has been fairly easy to maintain.
