Owners’ comment:
We were attracted to the location primarily – we can walk our dogs and get to the lake edge within a few minutes, as well as the reserve and bike paths very close. In summer, we take our SUPs to the lake, and also swim at Yarralumla Bay. Autumn is spectacular with the balloons from the Canberra Balloon Festival flying over the house and often landing on the open spaces nearby. It is a very quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. There is close proximity to good schools and also it’s fast to get to the city/surrounding restaurants etc.
