We engaged Cory McPherson to sell our home in Deakin. We chose Cory because he did such a great job selling our Narrabundah property four years earlier. After meetings with Cory it was decided that an auction, for the Deakin property, would be the best approach and we were comfortable with this decision.
Throughout the open home period Cory was in constant communication with us letting us know the numbers of people inspecting our property and their levels of interest. We could really tell that his team were working hard for us as a good agent should.
Auction day can be a nervous time but after the pre-auction meeting we were relaxed and comfortable with Cory’s assessment and expectations.
The result on the day was better than we expected but in line with Cory’s expectations. The process of selling a house can be a difficult one but we felt that the honest communication throughout the process allowed us to take most of the stress away. When we sell another property in the future we will definitely be using Cory and his team.
