We engaged Cory McPherson several years ago to sell a house. It seemed to me to be quite a difficult proposition because of the nature of the property and the difficult economic environment at the time. However, Cory was able to sell the house (a) quickly; and (b) for a good price. At the time, in addition to being impressed with Cory’s professional ability, I was also impressed with Cory’s ethics and integrity. Because of this, when we recently had to sell another house, we again engaged Cory. Again, there was a difficult prevailing economic situation, and yet, again, Cory was able to achieve both a very quick sale and a very satisfactory price.
