This house was designed around the views. The Builder recommended that it should be built up and out of the ground, not into it’, and I’m glad he did. We have exceptional views from our living areas, and it’s the main theme of the admiration I get about this property. It’s also the thing that brings joy to my heart when I wander downstairs looking for coffee in the morning. We also have incredible wildlife activity across the road most mornings. It’s not unusual to see 10 kangaroos, often with Joey’s, grazing in the reserve. We also have amazing sunsets which we enjoy from both the front and the back of the house. Whilst this suburb is very close to Gungahlin Town Centre, it’s a quiet street and I have been blessed with incredible neighbours that I now call friends. There is hardly any thoroughfare past our houses, and since it’s well insulated, hardly any noiseI will miss my silent and peaceful Sun…
